Does anyone make a tuner for the GX460 that adjusts tire size, daylight running lights, etc.. Very much like a DIablo or Superchips for the Jeep JKU.

 

For general vehicle customization you can use Carista or Toyota Techstream.

Their support stated:

"At the current time we do not yet have a tire corrector product completed for your vehicle application.
We do not have an estimated time frame for potential completion
