Dash lights, trouble codes issue 2013 GX

As others have said a code scanner is your best bet other than taking it in. My truck is also currently in limp mode (and it happens to be the coldest its been right now) but its related to one of the secondary air sensors and the ABS/brake lights are not illuminated, just the normal traction, check engine, and blinking 4LO. If you don't go over a certain speed you may not even notice that its in limp mode. I drove to work normally this morning because the entire trip is slower city streets.

••Temporary method to get out of LIMP mode until you can pursue bypass or repair options - Disconnect electrical connector on air pump, reset existing OBD codes, CEL will be re-triggered but should keep vehicle out of LIMP mode
EDIT: tecman and others have been able to confirm this works

If it's the secondary air pump that sucked in it's foam filter then you get the blinking light and the truck goes into limp mode. That happened to my wife's 2011 GX just after it had come out of the warranty period. Lexus though covered the repair fully. I also believe that they extended the warranty on that secondary air pump to 7 or 10 years.

Not sure if iced up air valves happens on 10-13 models or not.

The extended warranty on that system is now 10 years (from in-service date) but now updated for "unlimited mileage"

Woke up to frigid 3 degree icy morning here in Boston and remote started my truck, I entered a warmed up truck only to find the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Abs, check, traction and brake lights on while 4 LO is blinking. I drove around for 5 mins hoping it would reset but not yet. It was fine the night before so it must be weather/temperature related right? Anybody else have this happen?

Does truck run fine performance-wise? It still could be but at first I thought it was the air pump/valve issue.
If general OBD doesn't find codes you will want to check with Techstream or something like OBD Fusion with model year specific add-on pack.
EDIT: How fast did you go? I thought limp mode kicks in above 35 or 40 MPH?

Not resolved yet, it’s 2 degrees out so way too cold to check anything. I will check OBD for codes ASAP and report backs. I know the secondary air pump is covered under the extended warranty 10 years unlimited miles. Would anyone know what the code number to look for if it’s the secondary air pump? I’m guessing that or wheel sensor got frozen or damaged

My 2010 did this same thing after the first cold snap we had this year. I took it to Toyota as I was out of town, and the code was for a rear abs sensor. By the time I made it back to town a few days later they had gone out, and have not come back on since- it's been several months now.

Left rear abs sensor didn’t fix the problem. The truck is at an INDY repair shop. Codes came back on as soon as sensor was replaced. They also checked out harness and said it seemed ok. They will continue in the morning. Stay tuned, this could be a difficult and pricey repair.

Did they tell you the specific code #?
