Thought I'd share my progress on getting my GX ready to be put for sale. With 110K miles the seats look really bad, especially the driver seat. I started with a shop vac then compressed air, soapy water and a mircofiber. Then I scuffed the "alligator" section of the seat with 1500 grit sandpaper then went over the whole seat with 3000 grit. After prepping the seat with wax and grease remover I applied 3-4 coats of SEM Phantom White 15003. I left the seat in the sun for about an hour then reinstalled it inside the interior. After applying leather cleaner and conditioner the seat feels like new. I plan to do the passenger seat and 2nd row as well.
Nice job OP. I had my front seat done when I bought my truck and no problems with ventilated seats. I think the air gun mist is so fine (if done properly) isn't a problem.
Thanks. I did light coats for even coverage and the ventilation works just as well as before. This weekend I plan to finish the passenger and 2nd row seats. The seat belts need attention also.

please share what you used for this. Small air brush with an air compressor? I need to get the hang of this...
The SEM 15003 comes in a spray rattle can. It goes on evenly and I really liked the fan pattern. Anyone could do this in my opinion.
On you linked thread I need to do something about center display trim. I tried the dupicolor cans but none of them match, both of them were too light and had too much flake. I might call the local NAPA and see if they can color match.
Well I finally did the passenger seat and 2nd row. Taking out the bench seats was a bit tough with the small door opening. Driver seat still looks good after 3 months so I believe the rest of the of the seats will hold up for a long time. Also pressure washed the mats and lightly cleaned the interior. Just need to clean the seat belts and I'm done.
I cleaned the driver side seatbelts. Unbolted the lower bracket and cleaned them outside. I used a combination of degreaser, a little bleach and a pressure washer.
Thanks. I believe the seats are nuluxe.

I went to see the above vehicle at Toyota Dealership. I am no pro but the Vehicle was decent. It was first registered in 12/2017. I got turned off by wrinkles on driver's seat (see attached pictures). They are on the door side. They looked really ugly. Car has been on the lot for 5 months. It has 15K miles and the price isn't bad either, in my rookie opinion. Dealer refused to address the issue. Need help on the following please.
1. Do you all think its a deal breaker?
2. Do I need to get the seat re-wrapped? or is there any quicker and cheaper fix?
3. How much approximately am I looking at for a re-wrap?
4. how much approx. am I looking at re-wrap?
5. Is it a common issue with Lexus vehicles?
