No reason it shouldn't fit other than in markets outside of the US where cool box is available.

Agreed! You need to get them to send you one for a review video! I mean, at least that would confirm 2017’s worked. Then just need to know if pre-facelift are still good for us 2010-2013’s. Heck, if you get them to send you one, just send it to me and I’ll confirm and mail it back, promise!

I've just placed an order for my 2018 Lexus GX460. I checked console part numbers, and it's the same as the 2019 models. Also, I contacted the team at ConsoleVault.com, and they did say I could return it if it does not fit. As for Lockerdown.com, they went dark on me, and it seems they are not even offering Lexus models these days. If the console vault unit does not work, I'll let folks know. I expect it will be fine.

Curious if they made a cutout for the interior console light to shine through or not. I used one of those magnetic motion detector LED pucks in my Tacoma safe which worked pretty well, but had to keep recharging the batteries about every 3-4 months or so, which isn’t too bad...

Have you gotten it yet?

Well, I also sent a follow up email to Locker Down with a link, asking if they were intending to make one. Guess they didn’t appreciate that, because I never got a reply. I really like the electronic lock, but at this point, I’m willing to settle. I’m tired of waiting.

It arrived Sunday, and it fits like a glove for my 2018 Lexus GX460 Luxury model! Installation took less than 15 minutes and I'm done. I think this model will work for 2010+ GX 460's as the console model number seems to be the same. The ConsoleVault.com team did an outstanding job - and I am sincerely thankful. Rommie has CarPlay (Wireless) now via Gromm Audio, and the Console safe that I wanted. Life is good!

Very nice. Curious if you could confirm if there is a cutout for the console interior light to shine though into the vault? I suspect not, but would be nice.

My console does not have a light, but there is hole in the top center of the safe. If that is where your light is, it's covered.

Hole in rear (center top) of console safe. Possibly for a light?

Installed product

Interesting, so the newer GX doesn’t have a lighted console? That hole just happens to be right where the light is in my 2012, so that’s good to know!

Thanks for posting pictures, it looks like a perfect fit.

All model year owner's manuals show the console light. Tail lights have to be on.

If not there perhaps a trim level item?

Try coupon code CV10 I got 10% off direct from console vault. I’ll try it on my 14.

This is also now available from Lexus as an accessory. Part number PT972-60210

Hello all, I have already installed mine into my 2011, it’s the same center console from 2010 to 2021.

I can confirm fitment in a 2015 and also that the hole was clearly cut for the console light. The hole is about an inch in diameter and is perfectly concentric with the LED.

I used the CV10 coupon code for 10% off. Shipping is free. The safe was very well packaged and nicely finished. Shipping was super fast. I ordered on Tuesday around noon and received it about noon on Saturday.

Installation is super easy. There is a slight loss in storage volume, but it's worth it for me to have the extra peace of mind.
