Not known yet. Things are not wired the same way. It could be more expensive, less expensive, more plug and play, or less p&p. Existing retrofit hardware for 10-19 models will not work for 2020.
There are two new brake booster assemblies that show up for 2020. Price is same... probably like other years where it didn't matter between DAC or Crawl.
Matt@OEM states that 84970-60450 is indeed the new version of crawl control switch. Only two in North America right now and both would need to be obtained from Canada.
I'm not sure we will be able to absolutely confirm this will enable Crawl and MTS through wiring diagrams alone. This will likely require someone trying it out with fingers crossed.
One could also in theory test out along the same lines as John00's budget crawl but perform steps using the connector and jumpers currently attached to the DAC switch

I am trying to figure out the pictures/diagrams you are posting, even though I am an electrical engineer, I am having hard time understanding what are you trying to refer them for?
2020 Crawl Switch does not connect to the same ECU. Former ECU is no longer present and it appears all logic was moved to the skid control ECU off of the master cylinder.
