I did use the 3rd party gasket I previously linked above and the vendor recommended smear/razor level thin level of RTV over use of FIPG on gasket. I know this is not a traditional repair method for this issue so fingers crossed.

Local Lexus dealer quoted me $3800-$4200 for repair.
