Engine temperature!!! is this normal?

Engine temperature!!! is this normal?
it's 96. got 125k miles on it.
when you see the engine temperature guage.
needle stays at little bit more than middle level.
I checked coolant and it's filled higher than FULL level.
will it be the problem?
