Thumbs up BeatSonic Module Installation

All - Wanted to share my experience of getting my Beat Sonic NDS66223EP installed at Benchmark Sound Works here in Georgia.

Overall, i am pleased with the product and the overall functionality.

I was warned by a few friends of mine that if i don't have any experience removing Lexus body panels i would absolutely break some clips, so i opted to take this to an authorized reseller for installation.

They were able to install the DVD/Navigation bypass module within 45 minutes and i was out the door heading back home.

They did mention that the guys from BeatSonic are by far the most advanced in their programming and they don't just "hack" the systems. They actually know how the systems are designed and program around them in an intelligent way so that it does not hurt your vehicle like some other products that are available on line.

If you haven't gotten this DVD/Nav Bypass module i would HIGHLY recommend installing one in your Lexus vehicle so you can do whatever you want while the car is in motion.

Anyways, wanted to share my positive experience of the product and process with everyone on here.

Cheers!

I didn't break anything in the process. All of the panels have clips that just need to be pryed off.

Did you buy it from Benchmark or just have them do the install? Do you mind me asking what the cost was for the unit & installation?

I had a similar beat sonic unit installed by the local installer / beat sonic dealer last year on my 2015 GX. Total cost was $329 plus taxes, approx. $351. Very satisfied so far

Hey! I did not buy from Benchmark. I purchased from BeatSonic directly and was able to get a discount because i am an active member on Club Lexus. The part was like $169.00 and then $188.00 for the installation at Benchmark. Don't quote me on the price of the module... It was a while ago. But i do know i saved like 60-70 dollars ordering it thru BeatSonic directly opposed to buying through one of their authorized resellers.
