I finally got around to replacing the original water pump and associated parts on my 2015 GX460 with 86k miles today. Coolant/pink sludge was visibly accumulating around the weep hole, more than what I was comfy with seeing and I thought the fan was making an odd noise at be times.

All the parts spin fine by hand and belt looked decent.
