Hello. Looking into upgrading my 2006 GX for a 2014 model. Can you please advise what is the difference between the base and the premium model.

I believe the headlights are bit different on the premium. LED instead of Halogen.
The seats are made of different materials.
Sound system.
Motorized folding 3rd row seating.

That's all I can think of.

 

Both have LED but base does not have fogs. Different rims. Base has nulux or fake leather and premium has leather. Nulux is actually really nice in terms of wear (i.e., it looks great over time). I think the premium will get heated and vented seats while the base will not have either. Motorized 3rd row and air suspension are in the luxury only. I went from a base 2014 to a luxury 2016 and can't believe how much better the vehicle is.
