I'm not concerned about the brake pedal sound. It's normal.

GoHuskers, I told them the exact steps to replicate. When the sound presented itself it looked like the engine was barely idling around 600 RPM, so I was thinking that too-low RPM might be an issue too.

They say it's fine for now. Oh well. Again, I've noted my concerns with them, lots of warranty left, so I will try not to worry about it unless it interferes with driveability or becomes constant.

 

If it's normal then its okay because mine does the same thing and the sales said "every car" does it. I didn't like that. It sounds like water squirting or something? haha

When you are stopped at the red light, have you tried throwing it into N to see if the noise remains?

 

Do you have any update on this? I heard a faint noise like that on my '15 another day.....
