New Black Pearl Emblems
I called Sewell Lexus to order some black chrome, they call it black gold, but they don't have a part number for them. Unfortunately, they never called back like they said. So I called my local stealer and they quoted me a ridiculous price. But I had my mind made up, I wanted them - so I paid their price. Feast your eyes...
I think they will look great on a black or white rig. I'll post a pic when I'm done installing them.

Carlsbad Lexus just made me a customer for life....
Keep in mind I've ordered tons of parts from this dealership. None of them run of the mill type parts.
When I called to ask about the over $200 difference from one dealer to another - I started to get the spin job. I stopped him and said I was simply disheartened and stated I would take my future business elsewhere. We parted ways with the understanding I would be returning these emblems.
The parts manager called me back to apologize for the misunderstanding and offered a more than fair deal - "what do you want to pay for these sir, I'd like to keep you a happy customer?" I told him $295 plus tax like the other dealerships. He said how about 300 even and refunded the balance.
It's refreshing to be on the receiving end of great customer service.
