Last physical appearence question for awhile. Black Pearl Emblems on a Black car.
I am not familiar with the black peal emblem. Right now I have Gold Emblems on my car I think in the rear and a chrome or gold one up front. I am going to replace the factory grill with the DSR painted black with a black pearl logo in the front. Should I replace the gold emblems in the back to Black peal too? My question is will people be able to see the Black pearl Emblems or would it look like flaws in the paint in the dark? I decided not to do any chrome stuff to the car but maybe put in a chrome trunk piece later on. I do have chrome wheels though and that is all the chrome except what was on the factory car anyway. After I get this help I will post pics in a week or so after everything is put on.

Nice pickup. I picked up my vehicle through Dave Mungenast St. Louis Lexus. Hopefully they treated you good.
If I were you I would purchase some black pearl emblems and give it a try. You may either love it or hate it. You will never know until they are on your car. Another option you have is to remove all your emblems or debagde. Give that a week or two and see how you like it. Either way, let us know what you decide.

I personally like it for the 'subtle' factor. Definitely still noticable, but discrete.

I think silver emblems look better on black/dark cars. IMO, if your gonna go black emblems on a black/dark car, you might as well just leave it debadged. I went from gold to silver on mine.
