Maintenance schedules
If you want to pamper your ride, you will need access to a non us manual. They are way more stringent.
I created a short maintenance reference sheet for myself using the excellent advice in this forum, along with guidance from The Car Care Nut YouTube channel. I thought it might be helpful to share it here as well.

Both of my GX460s are under the same maintenance schedule, my own.
Once a month, engage and disengage your center locker, and low range, drive in a straight line about 20 feet (for me that's backing it out of the garage).
Every 5K miles, change the oil. Use Toyota fluid.
Every 5K miles, rotate tires. They are 4WD. This needs to be done.
Every 5K miles, check all all fluids (especially coolant).
Every 5K miles, check engine filter
Every 25K miles, lubricate all driveshaft components, check brakes, consider replacing tires if they are worn near the lower medium end of their life (depending on the time of year of course).
Every 50K miles, replace coolant, transmission fluid, transfer case fluid, differential oil
Every 3 years test the brake fluid for moisture. Replace as necessary. There are test kits you can buy.
Every 3 years test the battery. Replace as necessary. Sometimes I just do this anyways. Batteries are a single point of failure and can leave you stranded if you don't have a jumper pack in remote areas.
Every 75K - everything else of course - Plus replace the the belt. Replace the air injection pump filter (with OEM, not NAPA crap). Grease sunroof tracks and clean. Or do this as needed I guess, I don't know.
Every 100K - everything else - replace spark plugs.
I'm a long way from it for both of mine - but when I get there, at 150K the radiators are being replaced, as well as all rubber coolant lines, caps, etc, as well as the valley plates. I'm also going to replace the tie rod ends at this point, and probably the front axles (both are lifted).
Don't put cheap fuel in these. Run 91, and not cheap 91. It makes a difference in longevity of the engine and other subcomponent combustion parts/systems.
Of course all of the other things I check as I feel needed... Cab filter, washer fluids, wipers, etc etc
I don't think I missed anything critical. I've completely disregarded Toyota/Lexus for maintenance recommendations with the exception of using THEIR fluid. Use their fluid. Oil, transmission, all of it. It is designed specifically for the friction coefficient that their engines operate in. People get caught up in the weight and viscosity. This isn't the same thing and they're missing the point. Use the **** that Toyota recommends. Full stop.

Do you happen to have a link to a non-US manual you can share? I generally follow Car Car Nut's recommended maintenance interval, but I'm curious to see what the non-US Lexus manual advises.
We are running this schedule on our fleet
DIY
5K on oil changes (with oil analysis) We have tested Toyota 0w20, several variants of Mobil 1 0w20 and 5w30 in the 2uzfe (nothing lighter than 5w30 here), 1urfe, 1grfe, and the 2.5 skyactive and I believe we are going to settle on M1 5w30 FS or Truck and SUV in the Toyotas with EP as the backup and the constant in the Mazda. We go through more than 100 quarts of oil in a year just in the cars. So buying bulk where possible is important.
30K on diffs (inspect breathers)
50k on coolant - I second the constant monitoring on this, be advised the coolant level will vary significantly if the ambient is high or the coolant is warm.
30K on Transfer case (just started oil analysis on this)
60k power steering fluid
Can of techron 350 miles or so before oil changes in everything.
Harder DIY (techstream, suggested) or dealer
50K transmission ) first 50K flush, drain and fill every 50k thereafter.
2 years or after testing Brake fluid flush
Filters - just follow manual, unless you are in a really dusty / high pollen area, then we change the cabin filters more often and inspect the engine filter more often.
Throttle body clean - about every 30K we inspect and clean.
