Default Inconsistent KDSS Lean

Happy new year all! The GX have developed some weird behavior lately after I lifted the rear with airbag man extended airbag. I have dialed in the ride height within 0.25'' between the driver side and passenger side during the installation (vehicle is unloaded) and ride height stays the same for normal driving condition. However, when the vehicle is loaded and gone off pavement, it developed a lean to the passenger side where the driver side is approximately 5/8-1'' higher, worse if parked on a unlevel surface. The lean remains throughout the trip. After the vehicle is unloaded the driver side airbag will release some pressure and drop the ride height to what I setted at. I also have Dr. KDSS switch but didn’t help this situation. Any thoughts on what may have gone wrong? Is this the same as the famous KDSS lean?

check both rear height sensor feedback signals at the different heights. look at how the two values change together.
there are also valves near the compressor and a valve on the compressor that could affect it

While I don’t have access to a scan tool but it does feel like the passenger side does not get enough pressure when weight and ride height changes

My 2022 GX460 has had an inconsistent lean (lower on passenger-side) since brand new. The lean changes depending on the surface and load and/or amount of fuel in the tank. My Lexus dealership won't do anything about it because the amount of lean doesn't meet the threshold for the "fix". The passenger-side front and rear were roughly 0.5" - 0.7" lower than the driver-side, depending on how even/un-even the road surface was.

From what I've read, to qualify for the repair, the vehicle must lean more than 20 mm (0.79 inches) on a level surface with a full fuel tank. The fix normally involves replacing the front driver-side coil spring (to slightly lower the ride height at that corner).

First, I attempted to adjust the passenger-side rear airbag sensor (higher), but unfortunately, the driver-side automatically lifted with the passenger-side (the driver-side sensor was untouched). The lean was still present. I also tried lowering the driver-side rear sensor, but it lowered the passenger-side with it. The lean was still present. So, it seems adjusting one airbag sensor (on one side) does not fix the lean, since the two sides appear to be linked by the KDSS system/sway bar.

I have since added a small leveling kit to the front (0.5" spacer on both sides up front = ~1" lift in front). However, this seemed to make the lean even worse and more inconsistent, depending on how uneven the road/surface was... or it could just be more noticeable with the larger tire-to-fender gaps. It drove me nuts, so I recently added another 0.25" spacer/shim to the passenger-side front... And finally, this appears to have fixed my lean issue! I'm going to get an alignment this weekend - Hopefully, it doesn't change the stance because things look perfect right now. Additionally, the stance of the vehicle has been more consistently level (right to left) while parked on various even/un-even road surfaces.

If it bothers you enough, like it bothered me, it might be worth it to add a 0.25" spacer to your driver-side front coil assembly.

Also, for what it's worth, I spoke with Dr KDSS and he recommended disconnecting my KDSS system for a couple weeks of aggressive driving, in attempt to level the KDSS system. Sadly, deactivating KDSS did nothing (the lean was still present the whole time), so I did not bother with the KDSS switch.

Adding a spacer to the front passenger strut was the fix for me as well, after trying all other options. It balanced out the front and rear.
