I'd be interested to know this as well. I believe it's possible while in motion correct?

If so, does your unit also have 360 camera view module built-in? Since 14 - 21 GX does not offer 360 cameras view, I have added a separate module to achieve such function, if your unit has build in muddle for that function, would been definitely a plus. Any chance to see more detail info about your unit?
...... could you give me information on your module that allowed you to have multiple cameras? Thanks

BUMP. Your competitors do provide specific specifications. It is not too much to ask for this information.

Thumbs up Experience with this product and company

I have purchased and installed the original screen module 2 weeks ago.
Hamilton has been quick to answer any questions or concerns with accurate and helpful advice.
I wish there were more companies as responsive and professional as these guys.
Solid product, well made with good installation instructions.
would buy again.

It's not available for 2010-13 quite yet should be about a month out at this point.

In any case, this head unit looks really promising! But I have some concerns about unit durability over time [don't we all? It's part of the reason most of us buy Lexus in the first place ]. Little bit of context: I live in Kuwait. Temperatures here get absurdly hot [currently skirting the 122 F mark and we're not even in June yet] and there's very intense UV exposure year round. This usually makes buying aftermarket items a terrible idea because if the UV doesn't turn all the plastic moulding brittle, the heat will fry the actual electronic components. In light of that, and bearing in mind that a unit like this is going to be a pretty hefty investment [particularly when also factoring in the shipping costs that far out], I feel like I have to ask if much testing has been done on these units in similar environments [say, Nevada or Arizona, daily-driver without necessarily being garage kept?]

Additionally, are there any OEM features that don't function straight out of the box/full time with this unit? I know that with some infotainment swaps people tend to need to fiddle with the settings to bounce between different 'modes' for stuff like microphones, OEM vs. aftermarket radio, so on and so forth. Will this need to be done while using this unit, or does it manage to mate the Hamilton system's improvements to the OEM infotainment seamlessly?

The last question I have is, would this be a direct plug-and-play set up, or are there certain wires that need to be repurposed for other systems or piggy-backed to give functionality to new systems compared to the OEM head unit? The reason I ask is, as you mention in an earlier post, international vehicles are featured differently [in fact, my own GX, which is technically a base model here, is somewhere between the US Premium and Luxury spec with regards to features. No Mark Levinson, blindspot monitoring, Forward/360 cameras or radar cruise control, but still have the powered 3rd row, air suspension, heated and cooled seats, DAC and cool box], so I'm considering the possibility that the vehicle's electric and electronic warranty might be affected due to needing to splice wires or otherwise mess with things that shouldn't be messed with.

Loving the look of it and really got my hopes up after years of using the 2010-era infotainment, but want to learn what I can about its prospective service life in an environment like this before taking the plunge.
Thank you for your thoughtful interest. I've attached a few images from our manufacturing facility in China. We have team members on the ground there. We pay for 3rd party testing in an electronics oven. That is the big steel cabinet you will see. We do this because it gets really hot in the southern USA also, and it is important to our customers.

122oF with lots of sunlight is going to be really hard on any electronics whether from us or even from the original vehicle manufacturer. If your car is not garage kept, I do expect you will have a shorter lifespan for it than US-based customers, but our product has been tested for extended use at these temperatures and we have a heat sink that is designed to dissipate significantly more heat than our competitors.

You will not lose any factory functionality with our system. If you want to shoot us an email with your vehicle VIN sticker and pictures of your factory system, I will be happy to have a tech confirm this direct with you!

All of our Lexus/Toyota products that preserve your factory head unit are able to use AUX or we can switch you to use factory BT if you prefer. You just need to email our customer service team and we can send you a guide on how to reconfigure our units to use factory BT. Thanks!

I ordered this unit yesterday afternoon - order #10180765. I'm happy to buy something that comes with US support and warranty and what looks to be a bit more polished than the overseas offerings.

I'm very curious how the external speaker sounds when behind the unit installed in the dash. Is it possible to get a video clip on what that would sound like? I am a big SiriusXM user and primarily listen to that. If I was to use the Bluetooth mode - would that enable me to listen to Sirius and just have it (map directions) interrupt automatically like it would if I called up Siri Eyes Free on the original head unit and then just automatically return to Sirius? If I do end up using the external speaker I'm thinking I'll try to get it into the center speaker area right behind the head unit.

Another weird question - my car was imported to the US form Nova Scotia. While the speedometer and odometer are in MPH and MI respectively - my HVAC is in celsius. Will the Hamilton keep celsius or will it display in fahrenheit?

I know my order is a month out since you've already sold through the first batch. I'm just a nerd and excited to get it!

Conversion kit is working good so far. I’m highly impressed.

quick question, I don’t own a 2022+ GX but how is the screen resolution on the Hamilton compared to OEM?

Hamilton screen looks super sharp!
