Default Headlight level Adjustment

Just lifted and would like to lower the headlight beam lower, so I'm not blinding oncoming traffic. Getting a lot of high beams from oncoming traffic.

Does anyone have directions on how to adjust the headlight?

Toyota TIS will have the factory approved procedure, it gives specific distances measure and all that stuff but it’s a bit complicated. I think it’s probably good enough to just aim at a wall with the car level and just lower each side a similar amount and see how it goes.

past years had a gearbox connecting highs and lows for height. If you want separate adjustment on those then the gearbox needs removed.
