Have a new 2023 GX and the driver's nozzle has a very weak stream. Honestly both are anemic but the driver's is the worst. I swapped them and the problem followed. I'm not bothering to mess with the lousy d(st)ealership here as they are miserable to deal with. I already bought a new nozzle to see.
The 2010 RAV and 2011 Avalon we have work great. Is this normal on the GX? Besides a "bad" nozzle (hard to believe) or the pump being weak there is nothing else that could be the cause correct?
gx dont come with the filter on the tank inlet. at least certain years dont. my other lexus vehicles did. so things can get in there and depending on the size can go through the system and block the nozzle. can use pressurized air to blow backwards into the nozzle after removing the tube, or a wire/needle/etc.

i'll check those. What should I expect the spray to be like? About how high should it go up the windshield? Is it jet or mist?
