I found topic that shows how to gain access & reattach fold down cable/ mechanism for passenger side cable reattachment.
Not sure how to do driver side second row…mine won’t fold down
Has anyone figured out where to get into driver side to reattach cable ?

Are you sure the seat is slid all the way back before trying to fold it down?

 

Is the handle side still attached on the upper seatback?

 

Yes…it’s as far back as it will go.

 

I don’t know if cable attached….i need to figure out how to get rear seat panel off to diagnose problem…
