So I did drive the vehicle. Although I never tested the sunroof or 4wd. What I did was take it to Lexus for inspection. Lexus said it had been wrecked very badly and was top to bottom bondo. The carfax was clean but I found that it was sold at auction twice or three times. It was a previous lease vehicle, which I assumed was a safe bet of being taken care of. The inspector said it was either rolled or a tree fell on it. Potential had been under water due too mud packed spare tire. I noticed some sort of funny texture to the paint, but I thought it was some kind of special coating... In short, I bought it on Saturday and returned it outright (reversing my trade in as well) on Tuesday. Just was clear that they misrepresented the vehicle, and I was not happy to be taking the day off, and I was polite but clear we would be in court if I didn't have a resolution. (I sent an email in the morning for immediate legal record.)
