For those that have installed GX460 calipers/rotors on GX470...
I've read where at least one person said they bought and installed GX460 calipers and rotors on their GX470, seemed like they were a direct bolt on.
I am curious to know if anyone who has installed these calipers (which have a different part #) have experienced the seizing that is common on the GX470.
Also curious if anyone has looked into what the differences are between the calipers, if there are any?
I am getting tired of replacing my calipers, they don't last for crap.
I could have purchased the Stop Tech big brake kit for what I have spent on rotors/calipers over the last 6 yrs.

2010 spec GX460 calipers and rotors are a direct bolt on for a GX470, pads are interchangeable despite different part #'s. I haven't had them on long enough to provide a long term review, but they are a thicker rotor, and the caliper varies to suit the different rotor.

Perhaps I should query the 460 forum to see if they've had problems with the OEM calipers.

Same calipers were used on some 5th gen 4Runners as well.
