Default High Mileage Oil Swap to Synthetic Question

I have had experience in the past switching a engine from conventional oil over to synthetic and developing oil leaks. My question is, has anyone with high mileage on their GX470 switched over to synthetic and not develop any leaks? If anyone has switched and developed leaks, where were they located and how many miles at the swap?
Thank you!

Modern synthetic oils in modern engines don't cause leaks, 5w-30 Dino is 5w-30 synthetic....it just last longer. Amsoil...1 year or 15K miles with a synthetic fiber filter.

I like to run full Synthetic in all of my vehicles, but I have been hesitant to switch the GX over due to leakage concerns. I think I will go ahead and switch, if I have any issues, I will post them here.
Thank you two for responding!

I'll be ordering a Royal Purple Oil Filter and Royal Purple Oil. By the end of the year, I will get to the diffs and the Tcase.
Thanks everyone for posting, having peace of mind is awesome!

I switched to synthetic at 130k with no issues. Also switched front/rear diff and transfer case to synthetic at 125k, no problems.

I'm just using regular oil with regular oil change intervals, at 152k. So far so good.

119K on my 09. Just switched to full synthetic 1K ago, no leaks, all seem well. Switching all the bulbs to LED also, including those pesky resistors on the blinkers.
