Do you mean to do it yourself or to have a shop do it? Because its a fairly straight forward job for a shop to do. I did it myself and replaced them for $40 per axle + taxes and shipping. So lets call it $100.
My guess is a shop will charge you around $500-$600 to do it. You can replace the boots but its not advised. Its better to just replace the whole stub axle.

I tear boots off road quite a bit. I buy new axles on Amazon, and then reboot the spares and swap accordingly. With the price of a new, not reman'd HD Cardone axle at $86, it's a no brainer to me. I can swap them in less than an hour.

I just did mine at Lexus dealership. Both inner CV boots were leaking for past one year. Thought of replacing both axles with OEM. Best price I could find on OEM axle is $323 ea. Install price by local shop is around $400.
Since my local Lexus dealership has some coupons, went with just 4 boots replaced at $550.
