Where is bluetooth microphone located?
When I use GX integrated bluetooth phone talking, the other side always complain can't hear clearly. I try to speak to the microphone closely, but don't know where is it located, does anyone know?

I believe its up there where the buttons are for the garage door opener are. Try this as well, it helps with voice quality hold the info button on the nav and cycle your headlights on/off 4 times---it will bring up a menu and then go into bluetooth--their set your voice quality up to 3 and exit out. Probably have to cycle your ignition switch off/on

That IS cool.
Are there any other little tricks like the above (hold info button, cycle headlights) that would allow programming other functions that currently (at least according to the manual) require taking it to the dealer?
Also, the mic is actually in the sunglasses drop-down storage door that is above your rear-view mirror. If you open the storage and forget to close it, the mic would now be pointed at the windshield instead of to you. This would add to the problem of your voice not being heard well.
Thanx.

Hi,
On my SC430 I have a setting for Gain (-5 to +5) and BT voice quality. The dealer told me "DO NOT CHANGE" the BT voice quality setting only gain. My BT VQ is at 6 and will not change to 7 or higher.
Any idea what the BT VQ setting does? I tried setting it from 3 to 4, then 5, then 6 and it didn't seem ot make a difference.
Thanks
Ron
