Default Driver seats memory problem

I am new in GX, I tried setup to memorize the driver seat settings for myself and my wife , when I got the best positions and press L1 or L2 & Set together, long time still no beep sounds to show the set up done. Is anyone can help on the right procedure to set this up or how to fix the problem.

Many thanks,
Sherlock

The guy who designed the seat memory also designed the nav screen

you must be in park for it to memorize and get the confirmation beep

Having similar issues but the buttons isn't working all together. The 05 GX470 80k miles was purchased that way a year back and never really bothered me. Got some free time now so does anyone have a clue where/what to check? The buttons just don't do anything. TIA

People usually chime in pretty quickly if they know the answer here, so no response means your dealer might be the place to start. Could be as simple as a new switch.
