Default Leather seat scratches

I just notice a small scratch on my new Lexus GX470 on the front passenger side. Can those very small scratches be repaired by the Lexus service dept?

just get some leather conditioner, do your best to soften it up - save yourself some money.

as suggested, try some leather conditioner.

A substitute, in case you don't have any around, is olive oil. Dab a little on your finger and massage it in to the leather

To answer your question; if none of the above works yes it can be repaired. Take it to your dealer and schedule to have their leather restoration contractor take care of it. They usually smooth out the blemish and spray dye it to match and you will never be able to tell. Best of all it's relatively inexpensive and worth it if your like me - OCD about that kind of stuff. This is the process most dealers use to recondition leather in used cars before putting them on the lot. Let us know how it works out.
