Vais Soundlinq with Terk XMD 1000 Tuner

We will get our GX470 in about a month Has anyone installed a Vais Soundlinq model SLX with the Terk XMD 1000 Tuner? If so, where did you mount the Vais and the Terk and how did you run the antenna wire. Any help would be appreciated. I have installed this type of gear before and even bought the tools needed to do the job. Its just that opening up a 50k dash is a little intimidating. We are getting the Lexus W/O Nav, so I would think there might be some room behind the radio.
