I don't know about you guys but the rattle i get from my door panel when the bass is up drives me nuts!! Every song with even moderate bass sounds like crap due to the rattle, and i know i could set the bass into the negative, but why? This system has enormous potential, and i needed to hear that potential.
I knew that the problem was minor, and the "hard" part was removing the panels. (which only took 10 min per panel)
once the panels were removed i took the "wood" off the panels and added little strips of dynamat extreme (self adhesive sound deadening) directly onto the "wood".
After that i put it back together, put in some Chili Peppers and cranked it up! NO RATTLES!!!

It's a beautiful thang! and the whole thing start to finish was about 30 min

However, I don't experience rattles in my car. The only rattles I get are from the CD cases in the door pockets

But this car's audio does have some SERIOUS potential like you said.

Same thing here lazi, no rattles except for loose stuff in the pockets.
However, the rear-view mirror shakes when the bass is up

Good fix nevertheless
