I have the same problem here. I can tell the rattling noise is coming from behind the wood-like piece in the door panels on my SC. Any road unevenness will cause this. I have yet to venture out and take apart the door panel to find the culprit, but if I someone has already done it, please do post up.

Just take the door panels off and tighten the nuts that hold in the wood panels. They get loose over time.

Thanks!

I also found this

Figured I'd share.
I'll soon be taking my door panels off to alleviate the rattles.

+1 ^^^^^^^^^ You can also use some loctite or some glue to keep them from backing off int the future.

Perfect timing for this thread! My driver door has something rattling inside also, cant figure out exactly where its coming from, and I've been worried about taking the panel off for fear of breaking it
