I know in the grand scheme of things my problem may not be worth the time to type it. BUT, I replaced the bulb over my glove box above the CD and
the light still won't come on. What next? I'd like it to come on when I open the glove compartment.

 

On my 2004, the headlights or parking lights have to be on, either because the switch is in either of those positions, or in the Auto position and it's dark outside.

when I was upgrading all of my lights to LED, I found this out after changing to different bulbs over 5 times thinking the news bulbs were trash lol.
