I did take spare fuse and did the swap this swap that attempt, All the fuses check out ok. The relays work w/ the ECM as described by the tech docs. Wild goose chase in this area.
If the crank or cam sensor went south the ECM should have logged a DTC.
My only concern now is, if the fuel pump is bad then why no DTC for low pressure? Does the ECM only check that when engine is running?
