Recently my interior lights started working intermittently which interferes/prevents the garage door from working. This occurs about once a month? I changed the fuse but it still goes out from time to time. Any suggestions?

 

So the fuse is blowing? You've got a short somewhere. Time to get a volt/ohm meter and trace it down. (do not use a test light - they draw too much current)
