2009 Satellite OEM Installation
Hi,
Wondering if anyone has done an installation of the FACTORY satellite radio parts. I have a Nav with ML system on my 2009. I'm curious about what parts are needed and if there is a step by step service bulletin or something similar that I can follow. Thanks!

I'll respond, but I didn't at first because I didn't quite understand what it is you need? You mention that you have a GX which already has the ML/Nav package, then you need parts to replace? or just a DIY on R/R? Not sure what your question is here, sir.
Edit:
I know this was not what you asked BUT, this https://www.vaistech.com/product/sl3sat-l/ Might be able to help you. Or at least get an idea of what's involved.

Thanks for the response. I have looked at the vaistech option. Do I lose use of the CD changer with that option?
Sorry I wasn't clear. I'm looking for the part number(s) and instructions to install the factory satellite radio kit. In other words, what would I need to buy and install in order for the truck to have satellite radio as if it was installed by Lexus. If the vaistech kit doesn't get rid of my cd changer in the dash, I may just do that. I'm old school and still listen to CDs.

I just answered my own question...looks like the Vaistech solution is exactly what I'm looking for so I just ordered it. Does anyone have any tips on installation? Is it pretty straight forward? How do you handle the antenna?
You know, for others looking for info. I found this:

I got the kit in the vaistech SL3Sat-L kit in the mail today. Debating whether to do it myself or not...some people got BB to do it for less than $100. I like doing stuff myself but time is a hot commodity. I'm curious about how the antenna is mounted. Instructions are silent on where to place it, how to route the wire, etc. Anyone have experience doing this themselves on a GX470? Curious about lessons learned...
