I have a 2006 Lexus GX470 and I was wanting to put some bigger tires on...probably looking to go with 33s. Would a 3" suspension lift be sufficient clearance for that size tires?

Also looking for some recommendations for a good suspension lift kit.

Go join the GXOR group on Facebook, they'll get you the downlow on what size lift is required to clear those tires. Your choice of wheels will play into this as well.

 

3" lift is plenty fine... my radflo 2.5 with 2" rear springs lifted me about 2.5 inches up front and 1.75 inches in the rear (compared to Moog FJ rear springs i had on).

Currently running 285/70/17 Falken Wildpeaks and they fit fine. Minor rubbage when turning while reversing.

I will probably adjust my coilovers to lift a bit more when i install the bumper and winch but for now 2.5/1.75 is very sufficient.
