Default Towing Wiring Problem

I have a 2003 GX470 with 250, miles, finally I decided that I was going to tow my bikes and needed to install a tow hitch and connect to the tow package. This is what I did: 1. Purchase 7 pin connector, 2. Wire Connector to the female connector on the steering wheel column . 3. Digital eBrake to sync with my new kristi 7 x 17 double axle trailer.
A. Proceed to find the appropriate connections and connected the 7 pin to the manufactured wiring under the GX470 no problem thus far.
B. I discovered that two relays were missing in the adjacent fuse box to the master fuse box in the engine compartment. Purchase them used and installed it.
C. I could not find the connection under the steering column because the prior owner - I'm owner #4 and it had 150K when I bought it at an auction for $9,500- decided to install a remote starter which no longer functions as I was not giving the controller, a sirus xm radio, an iPod Connector in place of a CD player which is inoperable now.
D. Problem: The Turn Signals, Stop Light and Reverse Light and Hazard Lights do NOT go on at all on the trailer. I have checked the lines and when I use the tester on the OEM Connector there is no continuity at all for these items.
E. When I switch the lights on the lights go on on the trailer.
F. When I connect the eBraker Sync unit it works.
My Plan of action: plan to tap into the wiring at the back of the lights and connect directly into the wiring for the trailer. I have downloaded the wiring diagrams and see where it takes me.
Suggestions much appreciated!
