Default Phoenix Android Radio users - NEED help!

Hey guys,

So I bought a used Phoenix Android Radio for my GX470. Installation went great and I love it. The previous owner asked if I could do a reset of it to make sure all of his info was out of it. No problem!

So I reset it.

Here is not the problems that I'm having:

- Temperature doesn't always want to display
- You can't move the courser anymore to control the level of air coming out. However the "-" and "+' do work
- Phone Link doesn't display anymore

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R1C7...ature=youtu.be

These things DID work before the master reset.

I contacted Phoenix Android Radio and they for the phone link they advised they weren't sure and to wait for the next update.

Could someone PLEASE go into their settings and take a quick video of these settings for me? If you could just slowly scroll down so I can make sure something wasn't reset causing mine to not work properly.

I'm also attaching photos of what the phone link is doing. Any help is GREATLY appreicated!!

I have one in our GX. Do you need all of the settings or just certain settings? I can do the photos tomorrow evening.

Did it work in your car before the reset?

If so i wonder if a reset wipes the canbus settings.

You might try reflashing them.

i used the first one in mine. The one that says buickmcuupdate.

There is also system updates on that page. I think I am using the first.

But not of all my climate controls work exactly as they should either. No on screen temp control until I use the psychical buttons on the side first, and often won’t turn on without first hitting the auto button on the side either. Once I do hit auto the onscreen controls work good. Not sure about rear defrost yet... and have not tried phone link.

Sorry I posted this months ago and haven't responded! Life happens, yes, everything worked great before I reset it. Now I can't hardly get anything to work except turning up and down the amount of heat /AC coming out.

If I can't fix it, i'll get rid of it. Its a PITA right now. Nothing works like it should.
