Default mud flap / runner fix help

Anybody know a fix or a way to make this less obvious. Ive looked for flaps but haven’t seen any that work. The guy I bought it from has the runners and said he will cut them but they are in Cali and we are in TN. So not sure if that’s going to happen. Anyone know of a alternate fix.
TIA

looks like your truck has sliders installed which means previous owner removed the entire running board to install it.

The only way to cover it is to chop it off the original running board.

I was was sure hoping I could find some flaps or a work around to make this look better. Maybe the guy I bought it from will send me the runners one day. There’s got to some way to make it less obvious. You’d think rock sliders would have made them a little longer to cover this up

If I can find this I think it will work nicely. Its the flexible piece on the bottom of the door. It’s
the same width and color. I will just need to find and then figure out how to adhere. Here is the part number for those who have the same issue. Hope I can find it. Probably will try a local body shop as not much luck on eBay or google.
