Driver seat squeals when moved

I am guessing that the seat squeals when moved because it needs to be lubricated. If so, how do I do that? If there is another reason I would be grateful for some guidance.

X2 my driver side squeaks too, just on the forward and back but not for any other operation... I thought the same lubrication!
