Default Garage door program
I programmed my home link garage door opener. Is it normal to have to hold down the button on the home link for the door to open? My Subaru I only press once for the garage door to open.

Yes, you need to hold it down for about 2-3 seconds. I can only guess that this was to prevent accidental presses.
