Today I pulled the trigger. I work for Toyota dealer in Texas. I purchased a used gx470 sight unseen. I did have my wife drive it first. It's an 05, 1 owner, 130k. I purchased from our other dealer before service. Felt like I got a good deal. During service it received all new brakes, battery, alignment, water pump and timing belt. Very pleased with the drive. It has no navigation and only came with one key and no remote. The audio speakers all sound very good. I want to install a new head unit and am open to suggestions. I am also debating a) purchasing 2 blank remote keys off Amazon, going to Lexus and having cut/programmed or b) getting a new alarm with 2 remotes and just having Lexus cut a generic key. Thoughts?
