Just curious, has anyone received the $1000 credit for service, from the 6100 lbs to 6000 bls sticker recall? I performed my recalled 8 weeks ago and still have not receive any thing from Lexus yet.

I performed mine about 5-6 weeks ago but also have not received anything.

 

Not yet. I spoke to Lexus a couple of weeks ago and they indicated the cards should be going out this week. We will see.

 

Has anyone seen their debit card from Lexus yet? I am curious why it is taking so long to get the cards when the recall work was completed. Any thoughts?

 

Not yet. Lexus is claiming 8 to 10 weeks. Not happy..

 

I still didn't get mine and i had my recalls done in may, . They said it should be in around a week or two. Maybe they are taking so long so that we will forget about it and that they might get away with it, , hope not. . I'm always worried until I get my $1k debit card.

ohh my your dealer sounds like mine.. i didnt get jack (recall wise done on my vehicle)

 

It has now been 12 weeks and still no card. Strange..

 

Does anyone know if the debit card is a credit card or like a cash card? I want to know so I can use it on my next service, maybe in a few months. I'll go ask again tomorrow when I take my GX in for a car wash. If they say that it will be in a week or two, I wouldn't believe them. They should just say that it will be in a few months so that guys like us would know instead of relying on a week or two.

Why not have your service department put your charges "On Account" pending receipt of the elusive credit card.

Thats what I did and there was no argument when I said that nobody can give me a definitive date for the delivery of the card.

 

A fly on the wall says you may see your credits around August 11th (give or take a few days). Stay tuned...

 

Finally! Just received my $1k Gift Card today.
