Hey folks, just wanted to ask if anyone has any tips to remove old and very cracked clear coat adhesive from the front hood. I've watched some YouTube videos and it seems the least intrusive way is to use a product such as Turtle Wax Adhesive Remover and a plastic razor blade. The '04 GX needs a bit of exterior TLC. Thanks in advance for any tips.

 

If I'm not mistaken your taking about the front clear bra , you can use heating gun to take it out with the help of a squeegee or a credit card, few scratches here and there can buff out easily.

 

WD40 works wonders to remove adhesives, glues, tar, and much more. As Dallas mentioned a heat gun or blow dryer (depending on what you are removing) may work.
