Default Full Stop Shocks?

Howdy, first time ever browsing this forum and seeing that it's very active in order to help my father's vehicle having an issue and seeing if anyone could suggest something.

It's a GX 470 2005, whenever he is on a traffic stop / red light he says he's feeling some sort of shocks.

He feels the transmission neutralizes and kicks in, the vehicle has been doing this for almost 2 years, and recently the vacuum/air pump has been replaced but we got no idea what could be causing this.

Any ideas?

Thanks so much in advance.
