Reflashing is probably left to a dealership only unless you know someone who has a full professional version of Techstream($1345) AND a subscription to TIS ($1095/yr). I own the full version of Techstream, and it allows factory diagnostics, but I do not have access to the calibration files without the TIS subscription from Toyota.

You can do the re-flashing provided the following are available at disposal.

1.Tech stream Tool - P/N TSPKG1 or any compatible Toyota / Lexus Tech steam having version installed 2.00.008 or higher.
2. Authorized Mod Label - 00451-00001-LBL.
3. Battery System Analyzer.
4. Battery Diagnostic System

The second is the most toughest one to get as this is only distributed via the Dealers thru the MDC - Toyota Material Distribution Center. If you have this, then the rest is piece of cake. I can send you the instruction how to re flash the ECU.
The Third and fourth one you get from local spare part dealer, which are compatible to Toyota/ Lexus System.

man777 that would be great if you could get me that info, I have a buddy that is a service writer at Toyota who owes me a favor. Now this is the reflash to lower the threshold on the CATS efficiency, correct? The printers are WAY to sensitive in my opinion!
