Any thoughts on this? I tried programming my ebay keys with my techstream and failed to do so. Now what I thought was the master key no longer works. I tried the reset keys (except master option) and it did not work either. I definitely did NOT do the replace all keys thing which required a password (did not open).
Anyways, when I put the original key in the security light goes off (good sign) but I just get a clicking noise when I try to start it and the radio doesn't work (sign it is immobilized. However, the techstream seems to be reading things normal until I go to start it. When I use the unprogrammed keys, it sets the immobilizer as it should. When I went to attempt to reprogram, sometimes it says I don't have a master and other times it says communication failed during the pairing phase. Am I SOL and have to go to the dealer via a flatbed to resolve this? Are there any possible fixes I could try to implement prior to this? Thanks! FYI I also tried to jump it in the case battery got low, but no luck with that.
That was my initial thought. I attempted to jump it just in case this was true. I was unsuccessful.
However, what makes me think it is not the battery is the case is the fact other accessories were working, but the factory stereo wouldn't turn on. I believe that this occurs due to the immobilizer as well. I appreciate the suggestion. Keep them coming.

Dang. I always hope for the easy fix. On that note, is your gas cap tight?
Seriously though, I wish you the best of luck and I have no clue where I'd go next.
