hello all, new member here with my first question... bought a 2007 GX the other day and I'm trying to program my phone and all but having trouble. the previous owner had downloaded all of their contacts which are still in the unit and I can not get them cleared out in order to program my own. additionally the voice recognition is not picking up my voice. I know that the voice recognition is working because the previous owner demonstrated it several times before I bought it. any help is greatly appreciated.

 

You need to remove his device and clear out his contacts. I think you go to setup navigation and you should find what you need . if you dont have the navigation manual contact lexus there free to the new owner

You can then order a (free) owner's manual. You can also download a set of PDF files if you would like a copy on your computer.
