I had a exact problem in another vehicle, it turned out to be switch look like a L shape and when it made contact while the doors were closed, it sends a signal all closed and door are FULLY locked and can be armed.
Apparently the swithch somehow was not getting depressed all the way, Instead of changing the switch I taped around it giving it more padding, so when the door is closed it will push the switch further.
Open each door including the cargo, and press the switch by hand and see if they are loose and light in the cabin comes and go.

The Door switches either need to be adjusted/cleaned, or replaced. They are pretty simple assemblies not too cost prohibitive. From what i understand the one that most commonly goes is the one of the rear hatch.
