Default Brake upgrade options?

I replaced the pads/rotors on my 2005 GX with high quality aftermarket (HAWK) parts and so far, it stops great, no warping, no vibrations, no brake dust. I have zero complaints.

However, i keep reading over and over that the brakes on the GX 1) warp a lot under load (towing) and 2) the calipers like to 'stick'.

I can only guess but based on all the maintenance records i got with our GX, it looks like we still have the original calipers on all 4 corners. The truck has 114k miles and it has been maintained exceptionally well. The original calipers make me somewhat nervous and i wonder if i should look or any early warning signs of stuck caliper(s)?

If i do decide to upgrade the calipers/brakes on my GX470, what are the options out there?

Somewhere i read about a "Tundra brake upgrade". What is this all about?
Any other upgrade alternatives that have been successfully done without modifying the truck too much?

Thanks!
Dan

I have only upgraded the Brake pads from OEM ( which really sucks ) to AKEBONO Pro - ACT ultra ceramics. And they have really lasted a long time, and I did replace them again recently. This is purely my suggestion.
the callipers I have not as many members has quoted that bit of functionality mismatch when it comes to performance against the OEM. And the OEM has been till date.

Im needing some front rotors bad (warped) and going to replace myself with OEM ones! So going with the AKEBONO Pro - ACT ultra ceramics are the way to go you say? From your observation what do you like about these pads. Im guessing they should play well with the OEM rotors?

*I see They have the Akebono ACT976 and the 606? What Number pads did you get for Front/Rear?

Also Mann777--do you recommend I replace the rear rotors and pads at same time?
