Anyone have a service manual on CD for the 2005 they are looking to sell? I see "retailers"online offering them but they look shady. I'm aware of the $10 a day access through Toyota but I'd rather have a copy on hand, Thx.

There is no Service Manual, I think you mean Repair Manual / Wiring Manual which are available on the TIS link which you have postedl/ Owners Manual and you get it for free when you register on the Lexus Website with the VIN number you own.

I've bought new 2003 (set of two books) oem service manual on e-bay for $100.
Little worse than I thought compare to my Mercedes engine and chassis books, more common sense electronic tests then system descriptions with mechanical details (especially for transmission and air suspension).
Would anyone have a complete parts list with oem Toyota/Lexus part numbers and pricing, like from Mitchell collision parts manual?

This website has the factory manuals (paper version) for $375 and the wiring diagrams for $175.
