Does anyone know of a link to a pdf service manual for 2013 and up or where to purchase one?

http://drivers.lexus.com has the manual as a PDF under the Resources section.

That only has the owners manual, not the service manual.

This is the only place I have found that you can get it. https://techinfo.toyota.com/
I have searched and have been unable to locate a free one anywhere.
